Rita specializes in supporting international development and public health organizations. Most recently she was Program Director with Big Win Philanthropy. She led the Living Goods’ (community health social enterprise) internal expansion and scale strategy, working with governments and implementers to improve frontline community healthcare. 

Prior to this, Rita spent 7 years with Accenture, facilitating and managing partnerships with governments, corporations, NGOs and donors across Africa. She worked on a variety of sustainability and strategy projects helping organizations to improve their social and environmental impact against financial viability and growth. She also worked with The Coca-Cola Company, Ghanaian Ministry of Health and Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to redesign the management of vaccine cold chains. Rita holds a Master’s in Global Human Development from Georgetown University.
