Nayantara is the Director of Strategic Growth at Mann Global Health. She brings over a decade of business development and innovative financing expertise, and experience leading efforts to grow catalytic funding from a range of donors—bilateral and institutional to philanthropic donors—for global health organizations like PSI and Living Goods.She has also led the design, management and fundraising for a number of innovative financing mechanisms including impact bonds, results-based financing mechanisms, co-financing contracts with local governments, and for-profit social enterprises spun out of grant funded projects. 

In her role at MGH, Nayantara has lead the development of fundraising and business development strategies for a number of organizations including the Aurum Institute, the African Society for Laboratory Medicine, and Development Media International. She has also supported a number of market development and shaping projects with clients such as the Reproductive Health Supplies Coalition, ISGlobal, the Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) Alliance, and ViiV Pharmaceuticals. Nayantara holds a dual MPH/MBA from Johns Hopkins University.
