Lucy is a strategic leader who is passionate about working together to design sustainable and people-centered solutions to address various development challenges. Her areas of expertise are development of social and behavior change communication, including demand generation for health products and services, strategy development, human centered design, project implementation, budgeting and budget management. Lucy’s career in communications began in the private sector, where she worked for 10 years developing campaigns for commercial products and services before moving to the nonprofit sector. Here, Lucy has developed demand generation campaigns for the past 17 years. Her experience also includes development of organizational strategic plans, leading change management and corporate communications.
