Jacqueline is a social marketing and behavior change communication (SBCC) specialist with over 25 years’ experience leading the design, management, evaluation and stakeholder partnership of health programs in reproductive health, immunization, HIV, family planning and nutrition.

After nearly 10 years in private sector advertising and marketing in the UK, she moved to the non-profit sector and spent fifteen years living and working in Bangladesh, Pakistan, Indonesia and Russia where she designed and managed health communication programs and provided regional advice for organizations such as PSI, MSI and UNICEF. Most recently, Jacqueline led the Girl Effect multi-country HPV vaccine partnership with Gavi, the vaccine alliance.

Jacqueline has experience in programme management, stakeholder coordination and collaboration, research oversight and consumer insights, multi-media activation, training and capacity building in SBCC and new business development and has provided technical assistance to many countries in Africa and Asia. She is a flexible thinker who understands the constraints that countries and different stakeholders face and helps build practical and realistic programs.
