Holo has over 22 years of experience in the development sector. His expertise is in designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating national and multinational development programs, mainly focused on public health and human rights. In particular, Holo has worked on HIV/AIDS/Sexual Reproductive Health programs and family planning, services for adolescents and youth, social inclusion and organizational learning and knowledge management among other areas. 

Holo has led a variety of organizational projects including the development of strategic frameworks and action plans, resource mobilization strategies, high-quality project designs that incorporate project management standards and procedures, and coordination of project implementation activities including liaising funders, governments, and other gatekeepers.
