After spending much of her career working to develop strategies and programs including HIV, sexual and reproductive health and other health areas leveraging marketing and design thinking approaches, Su is also focusing on the integration of mental health and global health programming. She is a marketing and design thinking expert with experience in the private and social sectors.

Most recently at Population Services International (PSI), Su led and facilitated teams across countries in Africa and Asia in designing and developing programs to address public health challenges including HIV, Sexual and Reproductive Health/Family Planning, WASH and Primary Health Care leveraging marketing, Human Centered Design and market development approaches. Su previously led the adolescent girls portfolio at the UN Foundation and also  managed the strategy and execution of the ‘Because I am a Girl’ Initiative at Plan International USA.

Su has brand management experience in Health Care at Procter & Gamble and served in the Peace Corps in Samoa. Su holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from Duke University with concentrations in Social Entrepreneurship and Marketing. She is currently completing an MSW from Columbia University (May 2023) with a focus in advanced clinical practice.
